General
Whether its a custom version of a piece from the collection, or something entirely different, contact us with a description including any information you already know. We'll get back to you promptly with questions that will lead us to a design that's perfect for your space.
Once the concept is established, dimensioned drawings will be provided for your review and approval.
Of course. You can spec any hardware available on the market to be included in your project. We mostly use domestic woods such as walnut and white-oak, but other woods are available upon request. Pricing will differ depending on the wood species availability.
Proper care will keep your wood furniture looking beautiful for generations. Our pieces are crafted from high-quality wood and finished for durability, but like all natural materials, they benefit from thoughtful maintenance.
Everyday Cleaning
Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, ammonia, or silicone-based sprays.
Protect the Surface
Use coasters, placemats, and trivets to prevent water rings and heat damage.
Wipe up spills immediately to avoid staining.
Avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can cause fading.
Humidity Matters
Wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity.
Maintain indoor humidity between 35–55% if possible.
Avoid placing furniture near heating vents, fireplaces, or air conditioning units.
Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned. There will be a review process in the beginning before anything is built to confirm that you are getting exactly what you want.
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, please reach out immediately with photos of the item AND the packaging that it arrived in.
